I graduated today!!
Today I did my final run for the C25K workout. Now I can run jog for 30 minutes straight without stopping. This is something I’m not sure I’ve ever been able to do? I’m pretty sure I never thought there was a good reason to be running for this long, which means I probably never attempted it.

Sigh.
I have fallen off the wagon.
The last time I ran was 7 days ago when I did the Do Life Unnofficial 5K here in NYC. Great times. More about that later.

C25K Workout: Week 6 Day 3 - Getting Past Negative...
I’m finally starting the workouts that have no walking intervals, it’s just straight running from here on out. Today I had to run 25 minutes without stopping.

Doubtful Running

Workout #10: C25K Week 4 Day 1
This workout was the first one on the program where I was intimidated. The total running time is 16 minutes in 4 intervals, and have I ever run 16 minutes in my life?

Yesterday I was starting to feel guilty because I didn’t run. I forgot it was a rest day. My body feels a little too accustomed to the workouts, so instead of pushing myself harder during intervals, I decided why not do a longer workout? I want to push myself but I don’t want to strain myself just yet, so extending the workout seems like a safe option.

Today’s run was my first since my knee pain started. I’m not sure my knee pain actually came from running as much as it came from ergonomic flaws when sitting, or maybe just walking too much. Weigh In Wednesday #1
This week: -1.4 lbs.
I weigh myself daily, a habit I picked up from my fasting. Just for data reasons. But, now that I am on food again I noticed my weight fluctuates like crazy, even when I weigh at the same time everyday.
So, today I am 1.4 lbs less than what i weighed last Weds….even though On Monday I weighed more than that amount.
Anyway. Gonna run today. Took two days off....

Knee Problems
I am taking two days off from my C25K workout. I had some strange knee problems come up, and while I haven’t had any knee pain while running, I don’t want to exacerbate the issues.
I think I went a little hard on my knees/legs this weekend. I ran both days (they were supposed to be rest days), then I went ice skating (more on that later), then I pretty much walked everywhere...

I need a little pain
I’ve decided to skip my rest days on the C25K workout. I may take a rest day here and there but to be honest, I keep getting this itch to run at the end of each day. It feels good to run in the mornings, but right around 5:30 PM I really wanna go run AGAIN. By then it’s dark and I don’t run in the darkness. So, I’m going to run everyday.
